Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Great front presence and personality for any and all coming in.
- Meet and greet customers/vendors
- Schedule internal and external meetings, set up meeting rooms, order catering services.
- Answered all incoming calls, directed them to proper departments or take messages.
- Assist in daily business of managers, perform administrative work, research, filing, sorting and distributing mail.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
