Zinn Insurance is hiring an Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our growing agency.

This is a structured, career-track role for someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in strong follow-through. If you like keeping things on track, catching details others miss, and finishing what you start, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update client records (CRM and carrier systems)
  • Support enrollments, changes, and documentation
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
  • Assist with billing support and basic reconciliation
  • Manage shared inboxes and internal workflows
  • Keep files, records, and systems organized
  • Communicate with team members and insurance carriers

  • Clear and professional communication
  • Experience in administrative support, operations, billing, HR, medical office, or similar work preferred
