Zinn Insurance is hiring an Administrative Operations Coordinator to support our growing agency.
This is a structured, career-track role for someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in strong follow-through. If you like keeping things on track, catching details others miss, and finishing what you start, this role is built for you.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update client records (CRM and carrier systems)
- Support enrollments, changes, and documentation
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Assist with billing support and basic reconciliation
- Manage shared inboxes and internal workflows
- Keep files, records, and systems organized
- Communicate with team members and insurance carriers
