About the Position

Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) Experience: 2 years in service line required License: Active RN License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CNOR, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Craniotomy and burr hole experience required Description: Start date in the next 3-4 weeks is strongly preferred. Work Friday to Sunday with no call. Experience in Neuro/Spine, Ortho/Trauma, General/Robotics required. Charge experience is preferred. Patient ratios: 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends. Completion of charting system experience is preferred, but not required. Travel experience is preferred. Candidates must have experience with various surgical procedures including but not limited to amputation, anterior cervical fusion, total joint replacement, and spinal fusion. Special equipment experience is a plus. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. A commitment to patient care and safety is essential. Candidates must be available to complete necessary lab items within 72 hours of accepting the offer. Positive drug screen results, including marijuana, will result in automatic cancellation of employment opportunities. Candidates must avoid any products that may result in a positive drug screen while on site. Local candidates are preferred.
