Candidates must hold a Doctorate (PhD/MD) or equivalent degree, possess at least two publications in the last two years, and have a thorough understanding of research methodologies. Responsibilities include assessing originality, evaluating methodologies, providing constructive feedback, and recommending publication decisions.
