Leasing Professional - Seasonal Opportunity

Peak is currently looking for a “ROCKSTAR” Leasing Professional to join our team at our future beautiful 300+ unit property, Hunter’s Pointe located in Overland, Kansas. Responsibilities Enjoy customer service and working with the public. Demonstrate community and apartment/model knowledge to customers by communicating features and benefits to close the sale. Qualifications Must have leasing experience, including solid understanding of Fair Housing. Bilingual is a PLUS. Must have reliable transportation. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, standing, walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
