Duties Cook and prepare food items according to recipes and quality standards Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist in menu planning and preparation of various dishes Assist in inventory control, management, and orders Ensure daily shift tasks are managed and completed as needed each day Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations Must be able to maintain the kitchen at all times. Must have strong sense of urgency Qualifications Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment or high-volume breakfast experience Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology Experience with food handling processes, storage, preparation, and inventory rotation Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting Current certification in food safety and handlingis required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Cleaning and maintaining is a top priority #J-18808-Ljbffr
