Client Experience Manager

St. Croix Wealth Management provides three client engagement options—Navigator, Co-Pilot, and Captain to deliver tailored solutions at different life stages. Role Description The Client Experience Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Oakdale, MN, responsible for ensuring a high-quality, consistent experience for all clients of St. Croix Wealth Management. The Client Experience Manager works closely with financial professionals to prepare client materials, track key milestones, and support the delivery of tailored engagement options (Navigator, Co-Pilot, and Captain). Daily responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, answering phones, maintaining databases, client event planning, forms management, scanning, client follow-up and help with marketing and social media, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams on projects that enhance client communication, workflow efficiency, and overall service standards. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on building trust and fostering long-term client relationships. Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present information in a client-friendly manner. Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple client requests, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-through. Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or client management systems; experience in financial services or wealth management is beneficial but not required. Ability to work on-site in Oakdale, MN, demonstrate professionalism, and maintain confidentiality with sensitive client information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
