APRN / PA - Oncology

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a leading oncology care team in Bethesda, Maryland . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advanced practice provider who is passionate about oncology and enjoys providing comprehensive patient care in both clinical and hospital settings. Responsibilities Provide high-quality clinical care to oncology patients. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress. Collaborate closely with oncologists, physicians, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary care team. Participate in hospital rounding and inpatient oncology patient management, as applicable. Provide outpatient oncology care and follow-up. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care. Support continuity of care between the outpatient clinic and hospital setting. Qualifications Active and valid NP or PA license eligible to practice in Maryland. Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience . Prior oncology experience strongly preferred. Outpatient clinical experience preferred. Hospitalist or inpatient rounding experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be comfortable splitting their time between the oncology clinic and hospital rounding . Experience in both settings is preferred, but candidates with strong oncology experience in one setting are encouraged to apply. What You'll Get $120K–$140K annual salary
