We are looking for a motivated, licensed life insurance agent who is committed to helping families protect their financial futures. The ideal candidate is coachable, professional, and comfortable following a proven sales system. In this role, you will meet with clients, assess their needs, and provide solutions such as life insurance , mortgage protection , tax‐free retirement strategies , and estate planning . You’ll manage your own schedule, work independently, and use modern CRM tools to submit applications and maintain client relationships. • Social Media Leads — Inbound inquiries generated from targeted ads.
• High‐Intent Prospects — Clients actively seeking life insurance, mortgage protection, or retirement solutions.
• Consistent Lead Flow — Steady stream of prospects to support part‐time or full‐time production.

Pay & Hours

Hours

• Part‐time: 8–20 hours/week
• Full‐time: 30–40 hours/week
• Flexible scheduling; remote options available

Compensation

• 100% Commission‐based role
• Typical part‐time earnings: $600–$4,000/month
• Typical full‐time earnings: $4,000–$10,000+/month
• Bonuses and leadership overrides available
