We’re seeking a motivated, licensed life insurance agent (or someone willing to get licensed) who wants to help families protect their financial futures. You’ll meet with clients, assess their needs, and offer solutions such as life insurance, mortgage protection, tax‐free retirement strategies, and estate planning.
This role is ideal for someone who is coachable, professional, and comfortable following a proven sales system. You’ll manage your own schedule, work independently, and use modern CRM tools to submit applications and maintain client relationships.
Leads Provided (No Cold Calling)
- Warm Leads Only — NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED
- Postcard Response Leads — Families who return postcards requesting information.
- Social Media Leads — Inbound inquiries generated from targeted ads.
- High‐Intent Prospects — Clients actively seeking life insurance, mortgage protection, or retirement solutions.
- Consistent Lead Flow — Steady stream of prospects to support part‐time or full‐time production.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients to assess protection needs
- Present life insurance and retirement solutions
- Submit applications through CRM/e‐app systems
- Follow a proven sales process
- Maintain consistent communication and follow‐up
Pay & Hours
Hours
- Part‐time: 8–20 hours/week
- Full‐time: 30–40 hours/week
- Flexible scheduling; remote options available
Compensation
- 100% Commission‐based role
- Typical part‐time earnings: $600–$4,000/month
- Typical full‐time earnings: $4,000–$10,000+/month
- Bonuses and leadership overrides available
