Pay and Benefits Starting pay: $20.91 per hour Wage progression up to $29.00 per hour after 49+ months Full-time paid CDL training Up to 160 hours of vacation per year 40 hours of paid sick leave per year Medical, dental, and vision coverage after 90 calendar days Life insurance and 401(k) retirement benefits Company holidays Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old Valid California driver’s license in good standing At least three years of personal or professional driving experience Ability to obtain a Class B CDL permit with passenger and air-brake endorsements Strong communication and customer-service skills Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts as assigned Ability to pass applicable DOT physical, drug-testing, and background-screening requirements Walk-In Hiring Hours Every Wednesday 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Transdev El Cajon 544 Vernon Way El Cajon, CA 92020 Walk-ins are welcome.
