- Coordinate employer interviews, hiring events, job fairs, recruiting visits, and other employment-related activities.
- Develop an understanding of employer hiring requirements and communicate those expectations to participants and CLC staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of employer contacts, job leads, referrals, interviews, placements, wages, employment start dates, and follow-up activities.
- Enter and maintain placement and employment information in Salesforce and other required CLC systems.
- Obtain employment verification and other documentation required by CLC programs, grants, funding sources, or regulatory agencies.
- Conduct follow-up with participants and employers after placement to verify employment, address concerns, and support job retention.
- Work with case managers, instructors, and other staff to identify participants who are ready for employment and address barriers that may affect placement.
