Job responsibilities include:

• Manage approximately $6M in existing business across 200–300 accounts throughout the Southeast/Central region
• Proactively grow assigned accounts and identify new opportunities to expand OBE's presence
• Build relationships with new and existing customers, earning trust and increasing share of wallet
• Define and track weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and results
• Maintain a healthy, documented sales pipeline in our CRM system
• Gain and apply in-depth knowledge of OBE, Coral, US Alum, and other product lines
• Collaborate with business analysts to:
• Identify target accounts
• Conduct business analyses to support the field sales team
• Support regional market-sizing and product launch activities
• Develop professional skills and prepare for future career advancement through OBE training programs

• Readiness for occasional travel (up to 10%, overnight) when needed
