Position Summary Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance, providing resources, identifying performance standards, measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly, developing contingency plans, demonstrating adaptability, supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team‑based work environment, establishing performance expectations, conducting regular performance evaluations, providing recognition and rewards, coaching for success and improvement, promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs and initiatives, consulting with business partners, managers, coworkers or other key stakeholders, soliciting, evaluating and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost‑effectiveness and participating in community outreach events. Manages multiple projects, defining scope of work and objectives, establishing activities, deliverables, milestones and timelines, coordinating planning activities, assembling management plans, tracking changes, ensuring resolution of critical issues, managing governance of project plans. Manages content management initiatives by evaluating and prioritizing requests, designing, developing, automating and maintaining tools, templates and resources, collaborating with the team to develop and implement intranet content, providing guidance on platform functionality and communication approaches. Manages processes and procedures, analyzing data to identify standards, governance and workflows, identifying areas of improvement, editing and developing solutions, consulting with cross‑functional teams for alignment. Manages behavior change and process improvement programs, partnering with cross‑functional teams to develop strategies, ensuring proper controls, supporting alignment, monitoring program performance, identifying post‑implementation issues. Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Stock Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 3 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
