Greeter for Orthodontic Office!

Part-Time Greeter

Lalor Family Dental is a growing, family-owned dental practice with over 60 years of experience. We are looking for a part-time Greeter to work Thursdays and Fridays at our orthodontic office in Endicott.

Our Greeters welcome and assist patients while also supporting key Business Team responsibilities, including scheduling, insurance, patient communication, claims, and financial arrangements.

We provide full training and opportunities for advancement for motivated individuals who want to build a career in the dental field!

What You'll Do:

• Welcome patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and clear communication
• Check in patients and help answer questions about their appointments and care
• Schedule appointments and coordinate care between the orthodontist and patients
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with orthodontic pre-authorizations
• Assist with managing insurance claims accurately and promptly
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and process payments
• Conduct patient outreach and follow-ups to keep treatment plans on track
• Maintain office records, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks
• Support general clerical and operational duties to ensure the office runs smoothly
• Work as part of a team to provide a smooth, positive experience for patients of all ages

• High School Diploma or GED required; we will provide on-the-job training
• Previous orthodontic or dental experience is not required

Hourly rate: $16.00-$16.50
