Manufacturing Program Manager Subject Matter ExpertHII's Mission Technologies division is looking for a Manufacturing Program Manager Subject Matter Expert to support a position located at Palmdale, CA or Wright-Patterson AFB. Must have a TS/SCI clearance.Essential Job Responsibilities:Accomplish a full range of acquisition program management tasksAssist with the development and maintenance of all manner of program documentationSupport the review of proposals and, as assigned by the customer, in a non-voting advisory role for program source selectionsSupport coordination of documentation between functional organizations inside and outside the program officeSupport program milestone planning and preparationSupport contractor personnel with risk management and process improvementSupport meetings internal and external to the program officeSupport evaluation and communication of program progress in writing, in briefingsDevelop and coordinate responses to taskers in response to internal and external program inquiriesMinimum Qualifications:Twenty (20) years of relevant DoD acquisition experience and a Master's degree; ORMinimum of 25 years of relevant DoD acquisition experience and a Bachelor's degreeMinimum of 30 years of relevant DoD acquisition experience.Active TS/SCI clearanceTen (10) of these years must have been in an acquisition program office on an ACAT I or ACAT II DoD acquisition program.Four (4) years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment.Must have experience developing and coordinating DoD 5000.02 acquisition milestone plans and associated reporting documentation for one or more ACAT I and/or ACAT II acquisition programs.Experience preparing documentation, presentation materials, and staff packages to support acquisition milestone coordination and decisions.Experience managing the quality review and stand up of manufacturing capability in the Engineering, Manufacturing and Development phase.Experience managing in the Production phase on an ACAT I or equivalent development program to include: Assisting program offices with implementing and executing manufacturing readiness assessments per the DoD Manufacturing Readiness Level Guide; Government oversight of prime contractor and subcontractor manufacturing teams.Preferred Requirements:The listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
