Technology Business Analyst III - Engineering and Technology

What We're Looking For This position is responsible for leading the development of complex business and technology solutions and contributing to the strategic use of systems for our clients. You will work with client stakeholders to define solution strategy, manage project tasks, and ensure quality and performance in delivery. You will also provide technical guidance to junior team members and support the evolution of business analysis practices, positioning yourself for future leadership in enterprise client initiatives. What You'll Do Leads requirements gathering and system analysis for enterprise projects. Defines project scope, technical approach, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Manages cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and vendors. Mentors junior analysts and promotes best practices in business analysis. Evaluates and recommends technology solutions aligned with business goals. Ensures compliance with IT regulations and data security standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
