Resource Management and Delivery Operations Lead

Location: 100% Remote US Based (CST Business Hours)Duration: Contract (estimated through January 2027)Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)Compensation Range: $53.00-$58.00 per hour (W2)A premier agency in the marketing and communications space is seeking a Resource Management & Delivery Operations Lead to own capacity planning and optimize delivery across cross-functional teams organized into pods.
