Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager, Brunswick, GA The Facilities Manager will oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our property, fleet of trucks, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves managing routine tasks like vehicle checks, facility cleanliness, and inventory assistance, while also supporting deliveries and occasional service department needs. We're looking for a proactive and organized individual who can take initiative and contribute to a well-functioning team. About JEFF'S POOL & SPA SERVICE With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we have established ourselves as the go‑to experts for pool maintenance and service throughout the Golden Isles including Sea Island, Jekyll Island and St. Simons Island as well as Northern Florida. We operate out of two locations in Brunswick (Glynn County) and St. Mary’s (Camden County), Georgia where we supply one of the largest inventories of pool supplies, parts and equipment in the Southeast. Description Responsibilities Maintain and monitor the fleet of trucks, including refueling, scheduling, and performing routine maintenance (e.g., oil changes). Perform facility upkeep, including large equipment disposal and pressure washing. Monitor and repair cleaning equipment used by technicians in the field. Deliver bulk orders of chemicals and parts to commercial customers. Assist the retail store with receiving inventory and helping customers, including operating or learning to operate a forklift for loading/unloading deliveries. Support the service department by assisting in morning job preparation and providing hands‑on help with installation and repair jobs. Qualifications: Strong organizational skills and a self‑starter attitude. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Handy with tools and maintenance tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (3 years minimum). Willingness to learn new skills, including forklift operation and pool equipment maintenance. Professional development opportunities, including learning about pool equipment and repair.
