Your day begins with two brands, two guest experiences, one leadership team, and countless opportunities to make an impact.

Each morning starts with a review of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction, labor performance, banquet activity, restaurant operations, and the day's arrivals and departures. During daily stand-ups, you'll align department leaders around priorities and ensure every team member is focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Throughout the day, you'll balance guest interactions, operational leadership, team development, and business strategy. Whether you're inspecting guest rooms, reviewing upcoming events, partnering with Sales and Revenue, or supporting restaurant and hotel operations, you'll keep every part of the property running at its best.

As General Manager, you'll coach department leaders, develop future talent, celebrate successes, and create an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. You'll also review financial performance, collaborate on capital projects, strengthen community partnerships, and identify opportunities to grow revenue while maintaining Hilton brand standards.

Above all, you'll lead by example, creating an environment where team members feel supported, guests feel welcomed, and exceptional hospitality is part of every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead all operations for a dual-branded hotel property.
• Inspire, coach, and develop department leaders and team members.
• Drive guest satisfaction, loyalty, and service excellence.
• Oversee hotel, restaurant, banquet, meeting space, and guest room operations.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, banquet revenue, and profitability.
• Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly leadership meetings.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, labor, and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Hilton brand standards, and applicable regulations.
• Build strong relationships with guests, ownership groups, community partners, and local businesses.
• Foster a culture that reflects Newport Hospitality Group's commitment to Living Hospitality.
