About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product to lead the strategic and executional aspects of product development. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and realizing the growth opportunity created by the unification of two software platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's product strategy, establishing discovery practices, and delivering products that align with the defined direction. The Head of Product will be expected to produce a well-supported growth thesis, build a validation-driven practice, and lead a product organization that is embedded with AI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with a focus on growth, and the ability to operate effectively at both the executive level and in hands-on product development. Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company should have a background in B2B SaaS, with experience in both commercial and regulated segments. A minimum of 7-12 years in product management, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, is required. The role demands a leader with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle, from strategy to execution, and a proven ability to drive product development that meets customer needs and business goals. Experience in private-equity-backed or high-accountability settings, as well as a background in data or platform products, is highly valued. The Head of Product will be expected to have a hands-on approach, be adept at working with cross-functional teams, and have a deep understanding of AI and its application in product development.
