Schedule

Day shift: 7 am - 7 pm, three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend included.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a crucial role in coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients in a general Med/Surg unit. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, and pediatric care, utilizing the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions while ensuring holistic care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs.
• Utilize the Nursing Process in clinical decision making.
• Ensure the physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs of patients are met.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience.
• Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure.
• BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certification required prior to start.
• Preference given to candidates with Meditech experience.
