Job Details Job Location: DGR Ops Center - 7702 N IH 35 - San Antonio, TX 78218 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: None Salary Range: $15.35 Hourly Travel Percentage: Various Goodwill locations Job Shift: Varies - Days/Nights/Weekends/Holidays Job Category: Retail Position Summary The CP Production Associate is responsible for loading, unloading, moving, sorting, grading and pricing/tagging donated goods at a required pace, and for performing basic record keeping associated with central processing production. Responsibilities Sorting and pricing of donated items, garments and hard lines with limited supervision; monitoring and recording production levels, and meeting production goals. Load, unload and move donated goods, materials, from pallets, racks or shelves to maintain workflow of production cycle and to distribute donated materials. Keep aisles free from debris and remove obstructions from production floors; ensure work areas and facilities remain clean and organized. Inform Team Leader or Manager of possible safety hazards. Supply team members with materials (boxes, barrels, containers, etc.) as needed. Perform all duties according to trained safety standards. Adhere to Loss Prevention and inventory control and compliance procedures. Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Requirements Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position – bending, lifting, grasping and moving continuously throughout the shift. Good verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work as a team to achieve goals.
