VP of Clinical Delivery for Children's Service Line

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced healthcare executive to lead a multispecialty service line, aligning clinical operations with strategic goals.

You will partner with physician and nursing leaders to advance programs, oversee budgets, monitor performance, and drive quality, safety, and patient experience.

Requirements include 10+ years in healthcare administration, 5+ years in management of operations, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and willingness to travel.
