Location: The Gardens at Millville – Millville, PA The Gardens at Millville is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Millville, PA! In this vital role, you’ll provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or other medical supervisors. Our nurses are United by Compassion and Led by Purpose! Pay Rate: $30.13–$31.63 per hour, depending on experience; shift differentials Evening Shift 1.50, Night shift 1.00, Weekend Shift 5.00 Available Shifts Full-Time: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania We are also open to graduate nurses awaiting licensure (pending available supervision) Responsibilities Coordinate, assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care for assigned residents. Perform accurate, thorough, and timely nursing assessments in accordance with department standards. Deliver both direct and indirect care that promotes each resident’s highest level of functioning and well-being. Evaluate residents’ responses to treatment and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to adjust care plans as needed. Coordinate and document the discharge planning process, ensuring residents and families understand the ongoing care plan.
