Accurately identify Subaru parts usingVIN's, parts catalogs, diagrams, and dealership systems. Research and source parts to ensure the correct part is ordered the first time. Prepare and process parts orders, special orders, back-orders, returns, and credits. Monitor incoming parts and communicate order status to customers and dealership departments. Support the Service Department by ensuring technicians receive the correct parts in a timely manner. Maintain accurate parts invoices, purchase orders, and customer records. Assist with wholesale parts sales and maintain strong relationships with independent repair shops and collision centers. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Assist customers with product recommendations and Subaru accessories. Maintain organized and accurate parts inventory. Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts. Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. Monitor special-order and back-ordered parts. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) Experience with auto parts sales (preferred) Able to work in a fast-paced work environment Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented, professional appearance and strong work ethic As our ideal candidates are technologically adept, we only accept online applications.
