Senior Surgical Technologist

Houston Methodist seeks a Sr. Surgical Technologist to support complex surgical procedures in a fast-paced, academic medical setting. The Sr. Surgical Tech will anticipate surgeon needs, prepare and maintain sterile fields, manage instruments and supplies, and ensure accurate counts and safe use of advanced surgical technology. This role mentors junior techs, supports process improvement, and collaborates closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia to deliver world-class, patient-centered care aligned with our mission of safety, innovation, and clinical excellence.
