The Lash Group - Epique Realty is a dynamic and growing real estate agency dedicated to helping clients find their dream homes. We pride ourselves on our commitment to exceptional service, market expertise, and a client-first approach.
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Buyers Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and a desire to guide clients through the buying process with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to identify suitable properties.
- Stay informed about local real estate markets, property values, and trends to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and addressing client inquiries.
- Represent clients in negotiations to secure the best possible terms and prices for their property purchases.
- Assist clients with necessary paperwork, including purchase agreements, disclosures, and other legal documents.
- Build and maintain relationships with other real estate professionals, including lenders, inspectors, and appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the buying process, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Promote listings through various channels, including social media, websites, and open houses.
Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license in Michigan (we will help you get one).
- Eager to learn and follow directions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM's and technology.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A passion for helping others achieve their goals.
