DescriptionKforce's client, a Tech Unicorn headquartered in New York, NY, is seeking a Federal/Domestic Tax Director/Associate Director. If you want to be part of a growth enterprise and to build and scale a Tax department, this is the job for you! You will have 2 excellent mentors, a beautiful office, and an experienced, collaborative team. This is not a face time employer. It has a family culture. Office schedules are hybrid and either 4/1 or 3/2. Duties include:* Federal Tax* Compliance and provision* Corporate and partnership* Partnering with International Tax, in particular on Transfer Pricing/RepatriationRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Tax or Accounting; Advanced degree a plus* CPA a plus* 6+ years of Tax* Financial Services Industry experience* Public Accounting a plusJob TypeDirect HireCompensation220000 - $280000
