Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and organized Operations Assistant to join their client's team. This temporary-to-hire position offers an opportunity to be part of a great team, work closely with vendors, customers, and high-level clientele. This role requires construction experience, dispatch, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Work closely with vendors, customers, and high-level clientele to maintain strong relationships.
• Schedule installs and dispatch technicians as needed.
• Update and manage the database, process work orders, and perform other job-related functions.
• Provide excellent customer service in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an operations administrator.
• Previous experience in construction or home improvement is preferred.
• Should have experience with Service Titan software along with proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent geographical knowledge of the San Diego area for scheduling appointments for field technicians.
• Enjoy working in a casual and dog-friendly environment.

Required Work Hours

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.

This is an in-office position.

Benefits

The Operations Assistant position offers competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience.
