Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping. Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed. Ensure high attention to detail in all tasks. Essential Skills Strong organizational skills. Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel. Ability to adapt and be flexible with changing tasks. Attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with Paylocity is beneficial but not required. Experience in claims management is advantageous. Interest in organization development. Work Environment The position offers a dynamic work environment where adaptability is key. The successful candidate will be working closely with the director, utilizing technologies such as Excel and potentially Paylocity. The role requires a flexible approach to tasks, fostering a supportive and detail-oriented atmosphere. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wadsworth, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
