Events Marketing Director

Leading a team of four Events Marketing Specialists, the full-time Events Marketing Director will strategize and manage demand generation for a growing portfolio of over 40 B2B events across various sectors, ensuring effective audience engagement and sponsorship support in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities Own the promotional strategy for launching new events and enhancing established ones while developing team standards and growth paths Oversee event-specific marketing plans to drive registrations and support sponsorship targets across multiple channels Build and maintain a comprehensive library of event marketing processes, ensuring operational excellence and effective execution Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field 8+ years in B2B marketing with a proven track record in event promotion and sponsorship marketing Experience launching events from scratch and building audiences from zero to target Advanced proficiency in tools such as CVENT, Salesforce, GA4, and Microsoft Excel Ability to travel quarterly to attend events across the portfolio
