As an Event Marketing Manager, you will manage the strategy and execution of high-impact events that support demand generation, strengthen customer relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate across field marketing, campaigns, sales, and global teams to bring well-orchestrated event programs to life. This position offers the opportunity to build depth in integrated event marketing, gain exposure to cross-functional initiatives, and contribute to programs that influence regional growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing events that support pipeline generation and engagement goalsExecute event strategies aligned to go-to-market priorities and regional marketing plansCoordinate with sales, field marketing, and campaign teams to ensure aligned messaging and seamless event deliverySupport conference and trade show programs from planning through post-event analysis, ensuring effective execution and measurable outcomesManage vendor relationships and logistics to deliver high-quality event experiences within budgetTrack and analyze event performance, using insights to improve future program effectivenessOversee timelines and operational execution across multiple events while maintaining attention to detailContribute to the development of attendee experiences that enhance brand perception and customer engagementRequired Qualifications:3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing or event management within a B2B environmentWorking knowledge of conference and trade show execution, including logistics coordination and vendor managementDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesExperience supporting event performance tracking, including engagement metrics and ROI analysisAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partnersStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailEffective communication and presentation skillsFamiliarity with marketing and project management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, or similar platformsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldExperience supporting both in-person and virtual eventsExposure to integrated marketing campaigns or demand generation programsBasic experience with vendor coordination and contract processesWillingness to travel and support events onsite as neededCompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
