Bakery Manager

Must have proven bakery production experience in a supervisory role. This is a full time position ~40 hours/week. Manage daily operations of instore baking department- production, organizing and overseeing tasks to ensure product integrity and adequate inventory Supervise bakery team, train, mentor Must have fun (yes fun and work DO "mix") Utilize your reading and math skills by following our recipes- English language required Minimum of HS Diploma or GED equivalent required Must be at least 18 years old This is a standing position- 8+ hours at a time, in varying temperatures- including oven/walk in freezer This is an "on the move" position- lift minimum of 25 lbs., twisting, turning, reaching, kneeling, bending, squeezing (pastry bags) Equipment used but not limited to rack oven, proofer, 20 qt. mixer, bread slicer, heat sealer, food processor Paid holidays, employee discount, and bonuses!
