Responsibilities:
Lead a team of cooks and assistants in the preparation and serving of meals
Ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with established standards and regulations
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Supervise and train new staff members to ensure they are proficient in food preparation and presentation
Assists with menu planning and ordering of ingredients
Maintains accurate inventory and controls food costs
Ensures compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cook/Supervisor preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have a valid food service permit
