Location: 19 Chapin Rd, Pine Brook, NJ 07058
Pay Rate: 20/hr (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST
Allmed Benefits:  Health, Dental, Vision Insurance and 401(k)
Contract: 08/10/2026 to 11/07/2026

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented  Pharmacy Clerk to support daily warehouse and pharmacy operations. This position is responsible for receiving and moving materials, maintaining workstation supplies, organizing inventory, and ensuring pharmacy work areas remain fully stocked and operational.

The ideal candidate has experience in a  warehouse, production, or material-handling environment , works well in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate a manual pallet jack to move materials and supplies throughout the facility.
• Support the movement of palletized supplies and inventory as needed.
• Maintain adequate supplies at pharmacy workstations, including coolers, ice packs, bags, boxes, tape, labels, and other materials.
• Monitor supply levels and replenish workstations as needed to prevent workflow interruptions.
• Move and properly dispose of discarded boxes, bags, and other materials.
• Rotate and organize palletized supplies throughout designated areas.
• Assist with maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Follow all established procedures, safety guidelines, and operational requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by pharmacy or warehouse leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a  warehouse, production, material-handling, or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to support operational needs.
• Ability to lift and carry  up to 50 pounds unassisted .
• Ability to remain on your feet and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• No professional license or certification required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack is a plus; training may be provided.
• Previous pharmacy, healthcare, warehouse, or distribution experience.
• Familiarity with inventory and supply management.

Physical Requirements

• This is a  physically active, walking-based position .
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and movement of supplies may be required.
