Following recent transitions in our leadership and the upcoming leave of our established providers, we are looking for a motivated Endocrinologist to step into a thriving patient panel. Our practice focuses on a balanced approach to patient health, specializing in diabetes management and complex thyroid conditions within a supportive, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care for a clinical mix of 50% diabetes management and 50% thyroid/general endocrine conditions.
- Manage an established patient panel, including overflow from retiring and departing physicians.
- Collaborate with a dedicated 1:1 MA-to-physician support ratio to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Participate in a shared, one-week-at-a-time call rotation with minimal weekend volume and no inpatient consults.
- Board certified or board eligible in Endocrinology.
- Active Virginia medical license or ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach to chronic disease management.
