Established in the 1980s, we have an elite, physician-led private practice offering a rare blend of complete clinical autonomy and a low-key, small-town community culture within the bustling DC metro area. We are seeking an incoming physician to inherit a loyal patient panel and seamlessly transition into practice partnership within 2-3 years. This is a highly stable practice environment where you will have a direct say in how you practice medicine, alongside the unique opportunity to focus on building deep, quality patient relationships.

• Clinical Scope : Step into a full-scope general endocrinology practice where you will focus primarily on diabetes management and thyroid disorders, alongside other general endocrine services.
• Operational Excellence & Support : Practice efficiently with an experienced, long-tenured team including a dedicated lab manager (10+ years of service), medical technicians who manage CGM and insulin pump downloads, and administrative support personnel. Providers utilize generous appointment blocks-including 1-hour new patient consults and 20-to-30-minute follow-ups-to ensure high-quality, patient-centric care.
• True Work-Life Synergy : Experience an exceptional lifestyle balance with full-time or part-time scheduling options, zero inpatient rounding, zero hospital consults, and an incredibly light 1:5 weekend, phone-only call rotation.
