Labor and Employment Senior Associate

Job Location: San Diego Office - San Diego, CA 92101, Education Level: JD, Salary Range: $225,000.00 - $280,000.00 Salary/year, We are currently seeking 7th to 9th year senior associate candidates to support our San Diego and Los Angeles Office's Labor and Employment Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of solid, recent experience with employment law. In addition to litigation, we'd ideally like a candidate who also has transactional experience, such as drafting handbooks and employment-related agreements. Candidates should be licensed to practice in California, have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Compensation:

The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $225 – 280k. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s years of practice and relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this position is eligible for annual performance bonuses based on productivity.
