As a DSP you will support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals and living as independently as possible. You will assist with daily living activities, skill‑building, documentation, and foster a safe, respectful environment. DSPs play a critical role in maintaining safety, providing reassurance, and ensuring continuity of care during nighttime hours. You will help create calm, consistent routines that support overall well‑being. Salary: $18.50 – $21.50 per hour, depending on experience and shift. Overnight positions are ideal for night owls or those seeking flexible scheduling. Qualifications: recent graduates, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, and individuals transitioning into human services. No prior experience with developmental disabilities required – we provide paid training and ongoing support.
