About the Position

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Allied Health Specialty: Cardiovascular Testing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8 hours (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM / 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Experience: 1 year preferred License: Required Certifications: ISDOH; CNMT or ARRT (N); CPR required Must-Have: PET/CT registered and/or experience preferred. Y-90 Microsphere Therapy experience preferred. Description: This position is for a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with a focus on cardiovascular testing. Experience in PET is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. The candidate must be open to learning PET. There is an on-call requirement from Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 7 PM, and on Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 2 PM, every 3rd or 4th week depending on staffing. The role involves general Nuclear Medicine and PET CT duties. A one-hour response time is required for on-call duties. GE is the vendor for all Nuclear Medicine equipment, including a Discovery IQ PET/CT scanner, a SPECT Optima scanner, and two Discovery Gamma cameras. Candidates are required to hold current certifications of ISDOH; CNMT or ARRT (N); CPR. This position does not have a weekend or floating requirement. Interested candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Nuclear Medicine.
