The ideal candidate can navigate between all roles within the store, is responsible, reliable, and possesses strong leadership skills. The key holder position is designed for emergency situations to support store management. Areas of the facility reach high/low temperatures with high humidity levels. Employees may have exposure to conditions such as dust, plant matter, and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or skin, depending on department job assignments. Employees are required to wear protective gear and have the option to wear eye and ear protection. Certain areas of the facility use harsh chemicals for cleaning such as bleach and can have repetitive movements. Employees should be comfortable and capable of working under all of the above conditions.\nRESPONSIBILITIES \n\n Assist store manager in reaching all store objectives daily\n Ability to oversee all cash functions and perform all duties including opening and closing procedures\n Confident and making assertive decisions – the potential of being the only lead in building\n Consistently monitor and encourage team members to meet the companies service standards\n Proactive in solving customer concerns and escalations\n Committed to ensuring customer satisfaction\n Help promote a positive work environment and team morale\n Comfortable training new team members, including the ability to coach on KPIs and sales goals\nQUALIFICATIONS \n\n Must be 21 years of age or older and be able to pass a background check\n High school diploma or GED required\n 0-2 years of retail experience required; key holder experience preferred\n Trustworthy with highly confidential materials and information\n Minimum two years experience in retail customer service\n Professional knowledge and working experience of cannabis products from a regulated retail or medical distribution center are highly preferred.\n Superior organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to work independently\n Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments with meticulous attention to detail and meet deadlines\n Strong verbal and written communication skills\n Must have a positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a team player mentality, remain calm under pressure\n Trustworthy with highly confidential materials and information\n Travel will be required, must have reliable transportation with a clean motor vehicle driving record (minor violations may be considered) and be available to support neighboring stores in your region and at minimum of five days if required. (Lodging will be provided).\n Must be comfortable following Covid-19 precautions \n\n Full Time, Hourly: Salary based on experience and successful interview.
