Requirements

• Required certification: RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; MUST have at least 2 years experience in NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics along with ED 2. Cases: Level IV NICU Experience, pediatric cardiac anomalies required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, CRT, RRT required; must be in-hand at time of submission 4. License: NC RRT in hand required (takes 2-4 weeks); Compact or NC license MUST be IN HAND; Nursys required for RNs 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 6 weekend shifts per schedule (published in 6 week blocks); On-Call not applicable 8. RTO: Must be included with submission, 5-7 days max; two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Any previously permanent employment at Duke University Health System must be included; candidate must not have been permanent Duke employee within past 6 months 10.
