Senior District Manager, Immunology Autoantibody Diseases, Gulf Coast

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior District Manager for the Gulf Coast territory to lead immunology autoantibody disease sales efforts. This role requires translating enterprise strategy into district execution, managing a high-performing team, and driving customer-focused performance across immunology and rare disease portfolios.

Responsibilities

Translate regional and enterprise strategy into district priorities with measurable outcomes and execution discipline
Drive district performance across immunology and rare disease portfolio aligned to patient and business needs
Hire, develop, and manage high-performing sales team through performance management and development planning
Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders while strengthening cross-functional partnerships
Provide field insights to internal partners to inform strategy refinement and support market responsiveness

Requirements

Bachelor's degree minimum; Master's or MBA preferred
Eight or more years of pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare sales and commercial experience
Two or more years of direct sales management experience with performance management capability
Valid driver's license and willingness to relocate to Gulf Coast territory
Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight and weekend travel
Experience leading cross-functional collaboration and influencing outcomes beyond direct reports
Demonstrated coaching and talent development capability with succession planning experience
