Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly qualified Patent Prosecution Attorney with a background in electrical engineering to join their national Intellectual Property group in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and a commitment to excel in their practice. Duties Prepare and prosecute patent applications in the field of electronics. Collaborate with clients to develop patent strategies. Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses. Advise clients on intellectual property matters. Requirements 1-5 years of experience in patent prosecution. Admittance to the U.S.P.T.O. preferred. Strong academic record and commitment to practice growth. Education Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering or related field required. Certifications Admittance to the U.S.P.T.O. preferred. Skills Excellent analytical and communication skills.
