Automotive Service Advisor

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, a dedication to excellence, and the ability to create lasting customer relationships, this is your opportunity to thrive in a luxury environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers in our service department
- Greet customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Listen to and understand customer concerns, documenting them clearly for our technicians
- Explain recommended services and repair options in an easy-to-understand manner
- Provide accurate cost estimates and repair timelines
- Schedule and manage service appointments to ensure on-time completion
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality and accuracy of work
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process with timely updates
- Address and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate service records and compliance with all safety and regulatory standards
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment

- Ongoing training and development
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry (luxury brand experience preferred)
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds ERA-IGNITE DMS preferred
- Minimum of 3 plus year dealership experience required.
- High line experience preferred
- MANDATORY of 3 plus years' service advisor experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
- Valid CA Driver's License
