Palm Health Resources is actively recruiting a Locum Pediatric Anesthesiologist for a high-acuity, hospital-based opportunity in Dayton, OH . • Start: August 2026
• Duration: ~3 months (through mid-November) with potential to extend
• Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:00a3:30p
• Call: None
• Setting: Hospital-based OR
• Volume: ~5060 cases/day across the department

• Full-spectrum pediatric anesthesia (neonatal adolescent, with some adult exposure)
• Broad case mix includes:
  • General pediatric surgery
  • Complex orthopedics
  • Neurosurgery
  • Thoracic (non-cardiac)
• Mix of:
  • Hands-on cases
  • Supervising CRNAs in a care team model
• Excludes cardiac and transplant cases

Ideal for anesthesiologists seeking high-acuity pediatric cases with structured hours and no call burden

• Level I pediatric trauma setting
• ~14 ORs with strong case volume
• Large, collegial anesthesia team
• Excellent OR support (RNs, techs, APPs)
• Efficient, high-functioning surgical environment

• Board Certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology
• Active Ohio license (or ability to obtain)
• BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• Comfortable with:
  • Neonatal + pediatric cases
  • Complex surgical environments
  • Care team supervision
