We are hiring a Full-Time BCBA for our New Bridgeport Clinic right of Dixie Highway.Paramount is looking for a BCBA who thrives on meaningful progress, collaborative teamwork, and delivering ABA therapy with heart, integrity, and excellence.Basic FunctionThe BCBA will complete all necessary tasks for client case-load, including but not limited to, initial and follow up assessments, writing treatment plans and behavior protocols, meeting supervision requirements of both clients and technicians, ensuring treatment fidelity, and conducting parent and staff training. BCBA caseload will be primarily center-based; however some in-home services may be required.
