Brand Marketing Manager, Facebook Responsibilities: Apply analytical rigor, an understanding of audience dynamics and trends, brand strategy and product knowledge to deliver innovative marketing programs that build brand relevance and drive results Work closely with Product Marketing and Insights to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies Deliver cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, creative development, execution, optimization, analysis and reporting Author creative briefs and talent/partner pitches that spark big ideas that can help us solve ambiguous brand challenges Partner closely with large, cross-functional team to identify opportunities and deliver integrated marketing programs Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in managing and executing large scale brand-building marketing initiatives and campaigns Understanding of consumers, with demonstrated experience utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights to develop marketing strategies and plans Demonstrated experience leading media and creative agencies Experience managing multiple initiatives/campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact Experience in consumer product categories and brands such as consumer technology BA/BS degree Preferred Qualifications: Tech sector experience Experience working and thriving in an ambiguous, agile environment About Meta: Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
