Talent Acquisition SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts across corporate functions, operations, and global business partners. This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for salaried positions while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract and hire top talent.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for a variety of salaried positions.Coordinate and participate in interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.Present qualified candidates and support hiring decisions throughout the selection process.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and updates.Post and maintain job openings across multiple recruiting platforms and within Workday.Partner with HR teams to facilitate background checks, drug screens, and onboarding activities.Utilize recruiting technologies, including AI-driven sourcing tools, to identify and engage talent.Track recruiting activity, metrics, and hiring progress through reporting tools such as Power BI.Support hiring initiatives across corporate, operational, manufacturing, and internship programs.Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and talent attraction initiatives as needed.Qualifications2+ years of talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting experience.Proven experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Experience partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday experience preferred.Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.85/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
